Just steps away from the sugar white sands, this 4-bedroom 3-bath gulf front townhome has plenty of room to sleep 10 comfortably and is the perfect place for your next family vacation. The gorgeous kitchen features all stainless appliances, granite countertops, built-in ice maker and coffee makers. Dining area seats 8 and the island counter seats 5 all with breathtaking ocean views from the open floor plan. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the gulf, perfect for enjoying the watercolor views of sunrises and sunsets. This is as good as it gets!
The sparkling emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico is just a few feet away and accessible from the main balcony and ground floor patio. The oversized garage has ample space for 3 cars and any kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing gear you want to bring along. Included for guest use is an assortment of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and shelling nets along with a propane grill and charcoal grill for patio cooking. There is an outdoor private shower for when you have had your fill of sand. As if that would ever happen.

Our stay at Shellendipity was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, clean, and well-maintained the home was. Every detail made us feel comfortable and right at home.
The balconies quickly became our favorite place to relax whenever we weren’t enjoying the beach. The views and peaceful atmosphere made them the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening conversations.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The garage was stocked with everything we could possibly need for a beach vacation—and then some! We especially appreciated the abundance of beach chairs, floaties, and the fantastic grill.
One of our favorite features was the open area between the dunes. It was the perfect place to gather in the evenings, play Baggo, and make wonderful family memories after a day on the beach.
Shellendipity truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beachfront getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Shellindipity was incredibly clean, comfortable and convenient. Beautiful view, nice walkway to the beach and a great set up. The back/garage door made it so easy to bring all your stuff up and back each day, but being able rinse everything and keep most of the sand below while also securing your items. The outdoor shower was also nice to have. There were also tons of beach chairs, toys, floats and umbrellas we honestly didn’t even most of our own items we brought. The kitchen was more than fully stocked, the gas grill was in great condition and easy to use, also we LOVED having that separate built in ice maker in the kitchen. All of the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet and not crowded. Thank you for sharing your space!

Views were amazing and we appreciated the short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean and host was easy to communicate with. Particularly enjoyed the master suite and private balcony. Loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!
