Great location within easy walking distance to the beach, transportation, restaurants and shopping. Residence was clean and modern with great views from 4th floor wrap around balcony.

Overall a good stay. The location was good for the beach and train, however it was on a busy street, so if you are noise sensitive, it may get loud with the patio doors/windows open. The patio was great to sit on though.Some items are dated, such as the ironing board, which had visible tears and stains.More door stops would have been great as the doors were always slamming due to the breeze.

The apartment has a good location in relation to the beach and the City.
Nice to have a garage as there are few parkingoptions. Nice that you can have your dogs with you in the Apartment
