Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off must comply with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Estat: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is turned on and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Bologna Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
