It can use more sauce pans for cooking and a few more coffee mugs, a better wine opener and wine glasses.

This condo met our needs perfectly. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and cozy living room. Nice patio that overlooked a nature preserve. Loved having a garage where we could load and unload our hiking gear.
