Roses decorate the property and the entire street. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The white sandy beach is only 15 minutes by car. The Jasmund National Park is only a 10-minute walk away.

The cozy apartment has a living room with adjoining covered terrace, bedroom with double bed, practical kitchen and modern bathroom with shower. There is also a converted loft for children as a children's bedroom and playroom.
