Bella Nicola — Bright's Premier Walk-to-Everything Family Retreat

4 Bedrooms | 5 Smart TVs | Climate-Controlled Comfort | Steps to Centenary Park & Town

Your Perfect Bright Basecamp
Imagine stepping out your front door and strolling to Centenary Park for a morning coffee, walking to Bright's best cafes for brunch, and leaving the car parked all weekend. That's the Bella Nicola experience — a peaceful home in a quiet residential pocket, yet close enough to the action that you can wander to dinner and walk home under the stars.
No holiday time wasted driving. No parking hassles. Just step out and explore everything Bright has to offer.

The Bedrooms: Sleep, Stream & Spread Out in Perfect Comfort
This is where Bella Nicola truly separates itself from ordinary holiday homes. Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with its own reverse-cycle air conditioning and Smart TV, built for groups who want to holiday together without living on top of each other.

Climate Control in Every Room
Bright's alpine winters and warm summers demand real climate control — and at Bella Nicola, every single bedroom has its own reverse-cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling. No cold bedrooms in July. No stuffy rooms in January. Every guest controls their own comfort.

5 Smart TVs — Entertainment for Everyone
No more fighting over the remote. No more "what should we watch" debates. A Smart TV in every bedroom plus the lounge room means everyone gets their screen, their content, their downtime.
• Lounge room: Large Smart TV — perfect for movie nights and family gatherings
• Bedroom 1 (King): Private Smart TV — your own retreat after the kids are asleep
• Bedroom 2 (2 Double Beds): Dedicated Smart TV — teenagers entertained, parents relaxed
• Bedroom 3 (Double): Smart TV for independent viewing
• Bedroom 4 (Queen): Smart TV — because every guest deserves their own space

A Layout That Actually Works for Groups
Multiple living zones mean the group can spread out naturally — someone cooking in the kitchen, someone reading in the lounge, kids in their own space. Privacy when you want it, togetherness when you need it.

Outdoor Living: The Bright Lifestyle
Bright is an outdoor town. Your holiday home should reflect that:
• Private covered outdoor area — dine al fresco rain or shine
• BBQ and outdoor dining setting — the Australian holiday essential
• Comfortable outdoor seating — morning coffee spot, evening wine spot
The seamless indoor-outdoor flow is what makes Bright holidays memorable.
