Our condo feels like home, not a rental, with new furniture and unique artwork. It’s in the newest building at Oceans 23, featuring an incredible pool with a swim-up bar overlooking the ocean.

We provide VIP concierge service from Belize City Airport to our condo. Our concierge can arrange local pricing for golf carts, and the A/C will be on, with ice and water ready for your arrival. Let us know if you're celebrating something special; our concierge will ensure everything is perfect. No extra charge for this service, but tips are always appreciated.

Ambergris Caye is an amazing island with friendly, English-speaking locals. The US dollar is widely accepted. I can send a list of recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Come stay at our private luxury condo, and I’ll connect you with the best spots and people to make you feel like a local!
