Keeneland Manor exceeded our expectations. The house is in a quiet, established neighborhood in Versailles. We visited Louisville, Bardstown, Frankfort and Lexington while in Kentucky and found this location to be excellent for all we had planned while visiting distilleries and horse related activities. The house was beautifully furnished with great spaces for relaxing and enjoying our down time. We found the kitchen well appointed with high end appliances and the beds were comfortable and had high quality linens. All communications were efficient and professional and the hosts were very pleasant. The beautiful landscaping and little extras (like the basket of goodies in the kitchen) were a bonus and very much appreciated. We highly recommend the property.

The house was immaculate and even more beautiful in person! It was the perfect size for our family and so convenient to downtown Versailles with a short drive to Lexington. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. Communication with the owner was great with quick responses. Everything was just perfect!

Gorgeous house! Very helpful host. House was perfectly equipped. Plenty of parking. Great location for bourbon trail and Keeneland, and horse farms. Versailles is a very cute town with great restaurants & shops.

This property is very beautiful. We loved the screened porch. It is close to Keeneland, which we were going to. The pictures are very accurate. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Eric, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions that we had. I would rent it again if we have a group go to Keeneland.
