This house was everything I was hoping it would be! Such a beautiful secluded location that was just minutes to Gatlinburg and the bypass to Pigeon Forge. Even in July, it was wonderfully cool in the mountains. The private driveway was long and steep, but we managed it in a minivan just fine. The beds were super comfortable and the layout was great with three big decks and levels to spread out on. There were plenty of dishes and the pans were in good shape. They provide hand soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and some starter dishwasher/laundry soap. We were visited by a juvenile bear once during the day and every evening - be sure to lock your car doors and the house doors and to dispose of the trash properly, following the host’s instructions. We had a few questions for the hosts before and during the stay and they were always prompt and thorough with responses. This property is not a part of Chalet Village which means no access to the pools, and I thought this would be a problem for us but I had greatly underestimated the amount of things to do in this area. We would have never used the pool! We did use their clean nice outdoor hot tub many times on the lower deck though! It was easy for us to go on hikes, we did Alum Cave trail (highly recommend!) and Charles Bunion. Overall this house was fantastic and we are looking forward to coming back some day!

Thank you for the great stay. This place was clean. Driveway was definitely steep in a couple places, but it’s the mountains so it wasn’t anything we didn’t expect. The view is definitely treed in, maybe in the winter time you can see out over the valley. There were definitely bears all around the cabin at different times during our stay. Very cool property!

Our family of 9 enjoyed our trip to Gatlinburg and staying at this beautiful place. All the rooms supported all the family needs from adult coffee and talks to kids playing pool and video games. The adults and kids challenged each other in a pool game with lots of laughter. The host had each room ready for our visit with bath necessities, lots of towels, Keurig coffee and cream (my need). The 3 outside decks are wonderful and set up for outside sitting. I admired the beautiful wood build. The kitchen had all that we needed for our baking and cooking needs. Lots of natural lighting. The host checked in to see if we were good. The bunk room was perfect for the grandkids, the king size beds were perfect. My kids and grandkids asked if we could stay there again next year.

The cabin worked great for our trip with our six granddaughters, ages 6-10. There was plenty of space and kid-friendly games. The bunk room was perfect and they enjoyed a couple of brief dips in the hot tub. We even saw a bear right outside the back deck on the first night.
