Treat yourself to a relaxing holiday in this comfortable holiday home with pool.

Villa Nikola combines Mediterranean charm with spacious living comfort and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. Enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee in the open-plan living area or cook delicious meals together in the modern kitchen. Spend sociable hours playing board games or test your skills with a game of billiards.

Jump into the pool for a refreshing dip in the morning, have breakfast on the beautiful terrace and relax on one of the sun loungers. If you fancy a sporting change, play a game of table tennis. Have a barbecue with family or friends in the evening and round off the day with a cosy glass of wine.

From Snaii, explore the nearby town of Labin with its historic old town, narrow streets and viewpoints over the Kvarner Bay. Enjoy the peaceful, green surroundings around Snaii on walks or bike rides through the Istrian countryside. Drive to Rabac in a short time and spend relaxing days on the pebble beaches with crystal-clear water. Take advantage of the location for culinary excursions to taverns and wineries in the hinterland or along the coast.

Please note: Guests of Villa Nikola share the tennis and football facilities with Villa Sunny.
