Property was as listed it’s not a 5 star hotel but a relaxing place to gather and fish. Did have a few issues but nothing we couldn’t handle.

The home is in a great location with deer, turkeys, manatees and various birds. The neighborhood was quiet and the people there are very friendly. Would recomnend this place if you are nature lover.

Lead to believe great property … no grill no fire pit.. no electricity on dock to charge trolling motor.. yard all dirt and weeds.. no water accesswhen we complained they said it was because of hurricane? But all other property near was green with “beach” area!!.. no picnic table or outdoor seating without going through house or upstairs…
