This is a duplex. The kitchen table only had 3 chairs pictures showed 4 we had 4 people staying in the home. It was very difficult to eat a meal together. The yard was not taken care of. Lawn needs to be mowed and lawn Furniture was dirty. There was laundry in the dryer. Mattress in matter was very uncomfortable.
