The local and surrounding areas offer an array of attractions to suit most tastes. Abbots Bromley is just 2½ miles from the property and full of character with half-timbered buildings and a nice selection of pubs, shops and restaurants to enjoy. It’s also world-renowned for its annual ‘Horn Dance’, an ancient tradition that attracts visitors from far and wide. A mere 5 minutes’ drive will take you to Hoar Cross Hall award-winning health spa and just slightly further is the market town of Rugeley with a wider selection of options. Rugely also provides a gateway into the Cannock Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you can embark on a scenic hike or leisurely stroll through the nearby Bagot Forest or enjoy birdwatching and water sports activities at the stunning Blithfield Reservoir.
