This comfortable accommodation is ideally located for families, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with a total of 3 beds, including 1 double and 2 singles, to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The house has 2 full bathrooms, both with showers. The kitchen is open-plan, fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary cooking accessories.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and has central heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. Wi-Fi is also available.
Outside, you can enjoy a spacious 25 sq m terrace, with a view of the lake and the shared pool (9x4 m) and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue at your disposal.

Seafront apartment will all necessary facilities inclusive of beach towels and all electrical kitchen items, together with extra bedding. 10 minute walk from the centre, with a bus stop close by. Underground parking which was easily accessed and a large terrace, together with a swimming pool at the back beside the other apartments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spacious, clean and well appointed apartment.
