Guests are required to send the following information to register their booking upon arrival with Administration -

✦ Ages of all Guests
✦No visitors are allowed on the property
EXTRAS
✦ The condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival only. Maid services and extra linens or towels are available on a daily basis at an additional charge of $45USD per service. Request this service upon making your reservations and arrangements will be made.
✦ You are responsible for handing over the key & the elevator key upon check out. If you misplace them or forget to return you will be charged the price to replace both keys. $100USD.
✦No animals of any kind are allowed in the Condominium. There will be a fine of $1000USD and you will be removed from the Condominium

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful and right on the beach! It is definitely a 10 out of 10! Staff was very courteous and helpful. I’m sure we will be back!

The pictures do not do this property justice. From the moment you enter to the moment you leave, you see the beach and ocean. Views are from the kitchen, living room and MBR with a patio that steps onto the sand. There was no “chair game” here. Lots of chairs and shade, along with a perfect beach gilled with small fish. There’s a taxi stand out front, the bus runs straight to Walmart and plenty of walkable restaurants for tacos or seafood. Very comfortable furnishings. Great beds, and a comfortable couch. Use your Netflix and YouTube logins on the TV’s, or do like we did and watch the pirate ships send up their fireworks from the couch.

Gorgeous unit ! Lovely people at the condo.Was never given an address for the unit, although requested a few times. Made it a bit scary when we landed and our ride (through the owner) hadn’t shown up and we had no idea the address of the unit . A beautiful place to stay if looking for peace and quiet .

Checkin and booking was quick and easy. 1st impressions was awesome. This started to fade overnight with the aiirconditioner in the morning a puddle developed I used towels as the floors are slippery when wet condensation he said
