Welcome to the Parker House! Rustically elegant, modern farmhouse set on 320 private acres in Faber, VA. With mountain views, heated pool, a fishing pond, and miles of trails and streams, this secluded retreat is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Inside, enjoy an extra-large sofa, spacious dining table, fully stocked kitchen, and 65" Sony TV with streaming services. Outside, gather around the fire pit, grill out on the Weber, or simply soak up the quiet beauty of the farm. Sonos speakers on every deck set the soundtrack for your stay.

Families, groups, and pet owners will feel right at home with thoughtful amenities, kid- and pet-friendly design, and plenty of space to spread out. Whether you’re planning a peaceful getaway, a family gathering, or a friends’ weekend in Virginia wine country, Parker House offers comfort, charm, and adventure all in one.

We love hosting special gatherings — weddings, reunions, and celebrations are welcome! However, due to short-term rental platform rules, event bookings must be made directly through Amazing Experience Properties.
