Breakfast (hot or cold) can be served for an additional charge per day, ask us about our menu!
The space
This space is decorated art from all over the world, everything has been uniquely picked out for this space. Please treat everything with respect as it is part of our home.
The yard is fully fenced for you and your loved ones to play safely.
Guest access
Half acre for guest to play and hang out
Other things to note
Please note, if you would like to opt in for a late check out at 1:00PM, there is a $30 extended check out service fee that will be requested.
Decors and fixtures in the property have sentimental value or have been built by family and friends. Please respect all belongings on the premises.
All guest who are not staying must leave by 11pm
Any outdoor worker must take off shoes before entering house
Pets: Please indicate 1 pet on the reservation confirmation page so that the booking platform can charge the pet fee of $80. Additional pets can be considered for an additional $60 per stay. This is subject to host's approval. Please send us a message BEFORE booking if you are planning to bring MORE than 1 pet.
Parking: 1 driveway parking spot reserved for you. Additional cars can be arranged, subject to availability.
About Breakfast:
Would you like to have breakfast cooked by me (Kim)? If so, ask us about our *hot* breakfast menu as it differs depending on what I have in the fridge. Breakfast charge is $35/1 person or $65/2 people, per day. Let me know by 8PM the day before check in, so that I can confirm the menu and your order, plus send you the fee request. Note: If I won't be home to cook a hot meal for you, I can prepare a to-go breakfast package for you in your fridge for $25/1 person or $45/2 people, per day :)
Please note that our Airbnb has recently been updated, and the photos may not fully reflect the current appearance of the space. But all functionality of the space is still the same. Thank you for understanding.

My senior dog and I needed an escape from the horrible fireworks over 4th of July, so we came up to Canada. Not only was she able to have an stress-free weekend, but we had a wonderful time at Kim and Alex’s place. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was wonderful to have a fenced backyard so that my dog could enjoy some free time. She doesn’t get that at home. I slept wonderfully and woke up to the sound of bird song, and later, the sounds of the chickens in the next yard. Reminded me I was in the country. So lovely. I will definitely think of returning next Fourth of July.

Kim's B&B is a hidden gem! Its cozy, and has all the things you need. The B&B is perfect for a weekend getaway as its close to many attractions, and located on a quiet and peaceful location where you can relax and wind down. If you have pets, the backyard is a bonus.

delightful location, easy to navigate to from the highway. Super well stocked with all supplies, and the Host was very willing to help us find anything else we might need. Excellent area for hiking, forest exploration. Big fully fenced yard which was great for my big Dog. They also have a dog to be a companion if you want one.

This is a small, welcoming space that is very clean and comfortable. I loved how light it was inside, and the fenced backyard was gorgeous and relaxing.
