The good. Location is great. Snow was lacking so they had the walkable lift closed. The shuttle is right across the street so that was easy. Town is close and that is a huge positive. The bad. Hot tub was in error upon arrival and 77F. They did send someone right out to fix it and we could use it the following day. That was certainly a bummer and could have been avoided if they checked it before we arrived. The place has a nice layout but completely outdated. Furniture, electronics, pans, artwork peeling, broken stuff, etc. Recommend they upgrade the main TV to a smart TV so you can use streaming. They have some DVD’s with no player. The CD stereo with tape deck was a nice reminder to update. Bottom line, we really liked the place and location. If the owner does some upgrades, the place would be a home run. It simply had too much of an “old” feel that we would probably look elsewhere next trip to Breck.

Fire place turned on and off. Hot tub was unusable the entire stay, very dirty, then heater pump stopped working after putting chemicals in. Beds were ok. But nice fully stocked kitchen.
