Enjoy a peaceful slice of paradise in the private lower level of our beautiful Hamptons home, located on a quiet residential street in Hampton Bays. This bright and comfortable space features its own separate entrance and plenty of windows, offering privacy while still feeling open and welcoming.
The thoughtfully designed lower level includes a cozy living area with a large TV, a kitchenette, and a dining table that seats four—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. You’ll find two comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. There’s also a dedicated exercise room equipped with two spin bikes and yoga mats for guests who like to stay active.
You’ll have a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, plus your own washer and dryer for added convenience.

Check-in was super easy. The host sent all the details a few days before and we had no issues. The home was very lovely and clean. It was super quick to get an Uber/Lyft from the home. Would recommend!
