This gracious Old Florida-style residence accommodates up to twelve guests across four bedrooms. Just a short stroll from the sandy shores and a unique coastal dune lake, guests can enjoy the beach, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking in a picturesque setting. The community also offers two swimming pools, one of which is seasonally heated.

The first floor houses three bedrooms and a cozy den, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment. The den is furnished with two white cloth love seats adorned with colorful pillows, facing a flatscreen TV. The bedrooms include a queen-size bed with a regal dark hardwood frame and private ensuite bath, a stylish room with a black metal-framed queen-size bed and walk-in shower, and a bright bunk room that sleeps six, with direct access to a shared bath.
The second floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with access to a veranda nestled among Magnolia treetops—perfect for enjoying drinks in a tranquil atmosphere. We absolutely loved our time at 5’o Clock Somewhere. There was plenty of space for our family. The main living area on the second floor is spacious and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 5 o’clock somewhere. We brought our teenagers and pre teens to the beach for the week. The house was the perfect fit for us! Our master suite was on the top floor with a beautiful view, keeping us private from the children. I could see the kids by the pool from our bedroom. The walk to the beach took about a minute. I felt so safe letting the kids stroll around in the neighborhood and walk to the beach alone (all 11 and older ages). We cooked a lot at the house and I had all the essentials that I needed as far as cookware. The house was also very well stocked with towels and blankets. We had some minor things that did not work. I emailed about these things, and I had a very quick response. We would definitely come back! My only complaint would be the very small driveway due to the fact that we all drive very large cars, but that would not be a gamechanger as this house was well worth the parking trouble.

The pool was conveniently located and the beach access was as well. The neighborhood was nice, though be aware it is one of the few streets that does not allow golf carts/LSVs in the area, which would’ve been nice to have to get around the area. The house left much to be desired in the way of cleanliness and kitchen amenities. The available utensils were not only random and chipped/scuffed, but they were visibly dirty in the drawers and cabinets. Likewise, the floor turned our feet black when walking around barefoot. The couches and rugs were covered in stains and made us not want to sit on them. I know some of this is to be expected with a rental property, but I have certainly stayed in cleaner properties with better kitchen amenities at this price range. All in all, not a truly poor experience, but not an overly positive stay either.
