Perfect space for us to stay while in town for a horse show at Hoosier horse park. Comfy beds & a cute quiet space to come home to and relax. Close to quaint downtown full of food options and great coffee spots. Even an all gluten free coffee/cafe that was a hit! Definitely would stay here again!

We love the country feel of the location, but yet still near downtown Franklin.

Nice quiet location, worked out great for my class, great hosts, good communication, no issues.

Fine place to stay while attending class nearby.. beds weren’t the most comfortable and the sliding door between the bathroom and the bathroom sink wouldn’t open all the way and got jammed up. WiFi password didn’t work. Other than that it was fine
