A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Stay in the heart of Girona’s Barri Vell in this fully renovated two-bedroom apartment with air conditioning. Located on the first floor of a beautifully restored XVI-century building, right on charming Cort Reial square, it’s the perfect spot for culture and history lovers. The apartment has two small balconies overlooking the square and old streets, giving you a real taste of Girona’s charm. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV with cable, fast Wi-Fi, and a big dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine, and washer-dryer. The spacious main bedroom and extra bedroom make it ideal for couples, friends, or families. A stylish bathroom with shower and toilet completes the space. A warm, inviting base to enjoy Girona’s medieval streets, cafés, and culture!
The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with parking information and smart lock check-in instructions (self check-in). While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Tourist tax not included (applies to guests aged 16+, up to 7 nights).
More information:
Once you book, you’ll get access to your personal Bravissimo App, your all-in-one guide for a smooth and enjoyable stay. It includes everything you need for an easy arrival, check-in instructions, parking tips, and helpful info for during your time in Girona. And if you have any questions at any point, we’re always here and happy to help!

Bravissimo staff were friendly and efficient. Property was very well located, clean, all you need. Whilst in a very old building, the interior of the apartment is recently renovated and modern.

This lovely apartment is clean, recently renovated, fairly priced, and very well located in the center of Barrí Vell (old town) Girona. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops are all nearby. The only slight downside (and no fault of the property managers) was the noise. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartement (first floor above the street level) and it was quite loud at night. Would definitely stay again, on a higher floor if possible. Bravisssimo, the property mañanera (whose office was on the ground floor) was also great and easy to work with.

The location is perfect. You will be able to walk to anyplace of the old Town. Close by is a very good Catalán restaurant: El Foment Fonda. The apartment is well equipped and maintained.
