Original features are scattered throughout the apartment which adds to the charm of Kaiapoi’s Historic BNZ bank building. It has been lovingly restored from top to bottom and is now the focal point of the best riverside town in NZ.

The location was ideal to our everyday activities.The home itself, was clean and meet all our requirements.Thank you for accommodating my family at such short notice, it is much appreciated.

Stayed at the apartment whilst visiting family in Kaiapoi and Christchurch. Great location, spacious and well maintained and communication with the property manager was great. Easy to check in and out of the property which was important due to very early morning flight times.
