We had to keep dropping the air conditioner back down. Even when we set it at 69F, it would still stay about 77F. The back screened porch has mold in the ceiling and we could not use it when it rained due to the rain coming in through the ceiling. The vinyl record player was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed listening to it while having our family time. I could not find any cutting boards, and very few basic cooking spoons and spatulas that could be used. The house does not have an oven so it was a little harder to cook without it. We did see a camera system in the home, but I’m hoping it’s only recording the outside. Most of the drawers in all of the rooms were loaded with sheets, blankets, table cloths, and trinkets. There was very little space for us to place things in drawers. Overall it is a good place to stay, but not during the summer time with your family.

The house is OK but the AC reverting to 77 automatically was a discomfort. The lack of toilitries for ladies was only partially remedied. The bi-fold doors to the linen closet being off-track was not satisfactory. Having to purchase my own wasp spray and get ride of wasps near entry was done, but I should not have had to do it myself. There were not enough plates for six people. Not enough knives, forks, spoons. The rating might have been higher with a little more attention to supplies and repairs.
