Host was very nice and helpful. Cute small cottage in a very convenient location. The house stayed cool during very hot days with the two AC Units. Nice new washer …dryer was broken.

This was the cutest rental! We booked last minute for weekend before the 4th. Don was quick to respond, to questions and unbeknownst to us, had just installed a bedroom AC due to the heat wave. We had a great time. Advertised as walking distance to the beach, at 1.66 miles to public beach, bike or the interurban easier, especially with beach stuff. Addressing earlier reviews: we found it to be well cleaned, with AC and fans temperature was great. Thanks Don!

The bed was really comfortable and the dining and activities suggestions were great. The cottage was somewhat dusty with cobwebs above the bed. The lighting is lacking and there were windows in the bedroom without curtains. There isn't much counter space in the bathroom or kitchen. Location was pretty good. The owner was very nice and responsive to messages.
