Bikes, Bocce court, fire pit/pool! Hike our woods to deer trail along the river! Over 80 eateries within 15 mins! Enjoy winery/craft beer/farm/market visits; easy to moderate hiking; world-class indoor ropes course; indoor sports/gaming center; trampoline park, much more. Near aquarium, kids' attractions, museums, concerts, nightlife, LIS boat tours.
*We are still the ultimate couple's, private getaway, but we're making it easier to bring the little ones for a low-keyed, but fun-filled vacation. When you're not enjoying our outdoor amenities that include a play set, relax in your very own home theater with 66" HD Smart TV. Full kitchen has all major appliances and assorted small ones. It is fully supplied for preparing full-course meals.
*Private entrance is off a ground floor mudroom accessed directly from outside. The bedroom features a very comfy queen bed and the living and dining areas can hold two twin air mattresses for the kids. Both the LR and BR can hold the full-sized crib. Please note that dining table only seats two, but TV tables and a high chair are available. Note that adding additional portable beds significantly reduces the floor space! Some families have opted for their kids to sleep on the couch and love seat in sleep sacks we provide. Also available: a portable crib, high chair, baby monitor, stroller, baby backpack and toys are available.
*The front yard has a play set, bocce court, horseshoes, charcoal grill, and dining set. Guests may use these facilities without any notice to us.
*Backyard has a three-level deck, swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrella table for four or more, hammock, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor living room, and a screen porch. We'd like to preserve your privacy so please let us know when you plan to use these amenities.
* On the north side is a fire pit with seating, and a hammock further up in the woods. If you are uncertain how to light a successful fire, don't hesitate to ask. Written assistance is also located in the ammo box located in the wood bin.
*We have our own private "daily" deck and a top-floor deck so you may never see us! All outdoor spaces are accessible to our guests, with the exception of the aforementioned private decks only accessible from our house..
*Prior notification is requested for use of the gas grill (and pool if you expect to spend a significant part of the day in and around it.) When in doubt -- ask! The facilities are only for our guests. Should you want to invite friends, relatives etc for a pool party, BBQ or anything else there is a fee of $15/ person payable to us directly.
*Fee for an approved dog is $15 per dog per night. Please request a copy of and agree to the doggie rules; and tell us something about your pet.
*Our neighbor's construction of the 6' chain-link fence has dramatically reduced any "foreign" animal visits (as have our dogs) we still have deer, a rafter of turkeys (including two huge toms in the spring), an abnormally large and jaunty red fox, a pack of coyotes, a rarely-seen bobcat, and birds of every feather, including woodpeckers, owls, and vultures. Oh, and squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits! So, please don't let your little dogs out unleashed very early in the morning or into the evening.
*Bus, rail, Uber, Lyft and Enterprise Rental cars are all available, as are grocery, restaurant, and pharmacy delivery.

Lovely place to stay even off season without the benefit of the beautiful pool. Everything we needed was within close proximity ....all the restaurants and stores you can think of. Growing up we didn't even have a grocery store in town. Fun get away. Easy drive to Tweed airport. Host was easily available. I plan on returning:))

Found property very easily by following directions communicated by Pat and Gabe. Property was exactly as shown and very clean. Had some WiFi issues on our first day but Gabe responded quickly to resolve the issue. He also suggested a great takeout place on our first arrival day, which we took advantage of. Thank you Gabe! We were only their for a few days and was unable to enjoy the other amenities the property offered but it was what we needed and enjoyed our brief stay.

The apartment was spotless offering everything we needed and more. The owners were thoughtful and considerate even having a “s'mores kit” ready for us to use at the fire pit later that night.

I stayed here by myself for 3 weeks while I completed a summer internship at a laboratory in Milford.
I made the mistake of not reading the house manual in detail. Nevertheless, I apologized to Pat and Gabe for not having read the rules and committed to following all of them.
I did my best to communicate with them that I would like to have 1 or 2 people over a week. It often took them 24+ hours to respond to my messages, which was pretty frustrating.
They told me that I would have to give them several days' notice to have 1 or 2 friends over (this was NOT listed in the house manual at the time). When I told them that I couldn't guarantee several days' notice but would try my best, Pat voiced that she thought I was disrespectful and mentioned my age as potentially being the reason why.
Pat's allegations me very uncomfortable, especially as a 25 y/o woman of color who frequently experiences discrimination and microaggressions. It didn't help that my dad had been injured by one of their dogs while helping me move in and Gabe couldn't even ask him if he was okay.
The owners updated the house manual during my stay and listed "harassment by some guests" as the reason they don't allow guests to have visitors. If following all the house rules and asking to casually have a friend over (to not be in complete isolation for three weeks) is harassment, then I don't know what to say.
I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're young or plan on having anyone over.
