In a very quiet street in the center of Laroque des Albères, close to all shops and restaurants, this stone village house has a beautiful surface on 3 levels.
At the first bright and spacious living room through about 55 m² with large open kitchen and living room.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms including 2 with wardrobes,
a large bathroom with shower, a laundry and a separate toilet.
On the 3rd floor, a large attic room with two beds in 90
Authenticity, charm, completely renovated!
Close to all shops and services (bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, post office. Market every Wednesday)
Also close to the beaches, tasting cellars of local wines, hiking, bike paths.

Located 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Argelès, 20 minutes from Collioure, 20 minutes from Spain and at the foot of hiking trails, our holiday home will welcome you with family or friends.
The surrounding activities are numerous: water and water sports, diving, paddle, horse riding, tennis, hiking, tree climbing, canyoning, cellar visits, heritage, castles, picturesque villages, Romanesque churches, music festivals during the summer and many festive activities in the evening in the village or around, exhibitions Visa for the image, museum of modern art of Ceret etc ...
Twenty minutes from Perpignan it is also the ideal base for exploring historical and cultural sites such as Carcassonne, the Cathar Castles or the Dali Museum in Figueres.

If you're planning a stay in Laroque-des-Alberes, it would be hard to beat this location. Good restaurants, wine bars, and hiking trails are just a short walk away -- and in the case of one wine bar, literally at your doorstep. Philippe is both a helpful and unobtrusive host. He is there if you need him but not if you don't, and his brief printed guide has excellent suggestions for places to visit. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs because this is a town with a church bell and they like to use it. One thing that could be improved is the terrace, which currently has a deteriorating coat of green paint that blows into the apartment as green dust and covers everything if you open the sliding door. We opted to keep it closed because we got tired of cleaning the dust.

Fantastic terraced house in the centre of the old village. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It has been beautifully furnished by the owners, who are easy to contact and extremely helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms cool and airy. The outside terrace is a great place to sit and eat and people watch as it overlooks the town square. It exceeded all our expectations.

We spent 2 very pleasant weeks at this property located in a picturesque village. Located mere steps from restaurants, wine bar, the local butcher shop, bakery and a nice little bodega. We used the location as a base to explore beautiful locations, both coastal and inland. Our hoset was helpful and happy to answer any questions.

Philippe was very welcoming and provided us many tips to make the most of our stay. We had a great time and would definitely come back for our next family trip.
