Welcome to Marriott’s Timber Lodge, where majestic alpine scenery and endless outdoor adventure create an unforgettable year-round escape. Perfectly situated in the heart of Lake Tahoe’s South Shore within lively Heavenly Village, this premier location places you at the center of it all—while still offering a comfortable retreat to relax and unwind.

Just steps from the resort, one of the world’s largest gondolas whisks you to the top of Heavenly Mountain, home to the area’s longest ski run and greatest vertical drop. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, Lake Tahoe offers year-round recreation including hiking, biking, boating, and championship golf courses. Each season brings a new way to explore and enjoy this iconic destination.
Whether you’re planning a ski vacation, a summer mountain escape, or a relaxing getaway surrounded by natural beauty, Marriott’s Timber Lodge delivers an unbeatable location, upscale comfort, and exceptional value in the heart of Lake Tahoe.
** All villas are assigned at check in
** Marriott's Timber Lodge will no longer be providing Beach Passes for Lakeside Beach which were previously distributed for use between the Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays.
** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

This was a timeshare at the Marriott Timber Lodge so it was like staying at a Marriott which is great!

Our vacation rental at Timber Lodge was a great experience. The communication with Vacation Candy was reliable, accurate, and timely. Our accommodations suited us perfectly, were spotlessly clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful with our questions. Being just steps from the gondola made getting to the slopes a breeze and we appreciated the ski valet at the end of a long day of skiing. We will stay here again!

This resort is in a perfect location, just steps away from gondola, shopping and dining. The condo met all our needs. It was clean, beds were comfortable. It was nice having washer/dryer in the unit. The resort was very accommodating with early check-in and late check-out. I would definitely stay here again.
