Pros: The location and facilities in the apartment.
Cons: Since our previous stay in 2023, the shutter for the main bedroom has been removed. This meant that bright flashes of light come in through the curtains from the lighthouse. This needed improvisation by ourselves,
The remaining small semi-intact shutter is a nightmare. We had lots of windy days and the shutter rattled perpetually giving us several sleepless nights.
The restaurants/bars under the building have increased in number and, apart from “Aire” which is first rate, there is a lot of noise through the day and evenings. The regular buskers are very intrusive.

Pros: The penthouse apartment is ideally located, just a short walk along the beach or promenade into Old Town Estepona. Wonderful weather! Our host was superb -minor problems were quickly sorted out for us whatever the time. Our two week stay was so relaxing - just what we needed.

The perfect location with stunning views. We would have rated this property at the very highest level with just one issue, the air conditioning didn't really work that well. Our host Arwen was extremely helpful. Thanks for a great stay

Everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Well equipted, good bed. Best feature: the balcony with the amazing view and sound of the waves. Short distance to the town centre. Two nice restaurants nearby; La Gamba on the ground floor of the building and Palm Beach 400 meters from the apartment
