Miss Margaritaville is a well laid out, beautifully remodeled, relaxing vacation home on 30A. This beautiful and classic Florida home is the perfect place to enjoy your family time any time of the year. Miss Margaritaville has been renovated (2020) with new exterior siding, doors, paint, new Flat screen TV`s, beds, sofa, screen porch and landscaping. Located right on beautiful 30A in the Seacrest community, Miss Margaritaville is just minutes from SEASIDE, ALYS BEACH and ROSEMARY BEACH.
With 5 Bedrooms and sleeping for 16 there is plenty of room. Just out the back is a BEAUTIFUL POOL with plenty of deck and patio space to enjoy. You may not even care to go to the beach! The back yard is fenced for safety and protection. Just off the pool deck is a living area with dining table and HD TV. Plus, plenty of loungers surrounding the pool.
As you walk up the stairs from the pool you enter the massive and beautifully decorated screen porch overlooking the pool. You may not leave this space your entire trip. It has everything you need.

As you walk into the main level from the screen porch is the kitchen area, leading to the dining room. The dining room features 2 tables with seating for 14. Just off the dining area is the spacious living room with sectionals sofa and 2 chairs. The oversized front porch is off the living room. The main level features a beautifully designed full bathroom with full size laundry. Just off this bathroom is a king size bedroom.
From the main level moving up to the third floor are 2 bedrooms separated by a bathroom. The first bedroom to the left is a bunk room with 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds. The bedroom to the right is a king size bedroom with private balcony with Gulf views and amazing sunsets.
From the main level going down to the first floor are an additional 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and another washer/dryer. The first bedroom is a huge King size suite. The second bedroom is a bunkroom with 2 twin over twin beds. There are also 2 HD TV`s in this room. One for watching DirecTV and the other for hooking up to a gaming unit or other device. There are 2 beach accesses in equal distance to the east and to the west. Take your pick which way to go each day and enjoy all 30A has to offer!
Visit MISS MARGARITAVILLE on your trip to the beautiful white sands near SEACREST BEACH and it will become your family tradition for years to come.
There are two beach accesses within 170 yards from the home in either direction!! However, if you would like to reserve beach chairs the closest beach access is located at Walton Dunes, about 3.4 miles west of 30A. The two closest beach accesses do not allow for public vending.

Kitchen was well equiped. Tha kids enjoy the pool, overall the house was very comfortable for a big family.

We had a full house with 3 different families come to stay at Miss Margaritaville for a short 3 day trip. The house was clean and spacious. We loved the location and the pool. We also loved the use of the bikes for our morning trips to breakfast for all the moms. The location is perfect and the house was decorated beautifully too. There were several things that we had issues with. The 3rd floor AC didn’t hardly cool at all. The above head fans in every room did not work. However, the property had box fans that we were able to use to keep cool. No issues with 1st or 2nd floor AC. There was a broken towel bar in the 3rd floor bathroom that I tried to hang a towel on and it immediately fell down. We also couldn’t use most of the remotes or work half of the TVs. (This was only an issue at night for the kids). We did also notice that the pool stair railing moved and was unsteady. The pool itself was great and made for a nice break from the busy beach. Only one light switch worked in the second floor bathroom as well. Having 2 sets of washer dryers was awesome! The kitchen was plenty big and 2 refrigerators made for easy storage of drinks. I would recommend staying here and would again. Just a couple of small things we noticed!

Overall, we had an okay stay, but for the price, we expected the home to be in better condition.The house itself has good bones and is spacious, and the bikes were appreciated. However, it appears the property could use some maintenance. Several fixtures, including towel racks and toilet paper holders, looked like they were barely attached to the walls. On our first day, the mirror in one of the upstairs bedrooms was removed from the wall by a maintenance worker. Unfortunately, sawdust was left all over our toothbrushes, and the mirror was never replaced for the remainder of our stay. With five people staying upstairs and sharing that bathroom, not having a mirror was a significant inconvenience. The upstairs air conditioning also stopped working multiple times throughout the week. Looking back through previous reviews, it appears this may be a recurring issue. It was especially frustrating that it took nearly 16 hours to get in touch with anyone because the phone lines were reportedly down. Another drawback was the lack of outdoor lighting. It was very dark around the property, and the pool light was also not working according to the host after asking. Additionally, the listing advertised garage parking, but after asking, we were told guests were not permitted to use the garage. The walk to the beach was also longer than we expected. Overall, the home was fine and we enjoyed our vacation, but we don’t feel the overall experience matched the premium price point.
