• No smoking inside the home

🚗 GETTING AROUND

A car is highly recommended. Ride-share services are limited in the area. The property is easily accessible by paved roads, and parking is available on-site.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

• ♨️ HOT TUB FEE: There is an additional $30 per day fee for hot tub use.
– This must be paid in advance for your entire stay if you choose to use it.

• 🚫 AIRSTREAM CAMPER:
– The Airstream camper on the property is STRICTLY off-limits to guests.

• 🧼 HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
– The hot tub is serviced every Tuesday and Friday.
– A technician will enter the backyard on these days.

• YARD MAINTENANCE
– The yard is serviced once a month; service may occur during your stay.

• 💳 CANCELLATIONS:
– By booking, guests agree that cancellations may be subject to credit card processing fees, depending on the booking platform used.

• 🧹EXTENDED STAYS (14 days or longer):
– An additional "light cleaning" fee of $150 is required for stays lasting longer than 14 days.
- For stays of 30 days or longer, this light cleaning/inspection fee will be required and charged to the guest in 2-week increments.
– This fee is paid directly to the host.
– Guests must allow cleaners to enter for the cleaning / safety inspection during their stay.
