This charming house in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île offers you a pied-à-terre just a few steps from the beautiful Sableaux beach, allowing you to easily enjoy the pleasures of a seaside holiday!
In addition to its location, the house has two terraces. The first will be ideal for enjoying your breakfast or delicious summer salads, whilst the other invites you to take a break to read or chat.
The chequered living room welcomes you for moments with family or friends. Here, you can share convivial moments around good meals or comfortably settled on the sofa chatting (television is no longer available). The kitchen provides you with everything you need to prepare good dishes: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Once night falls, you will find the first two beds by unfolding the sofa, then a bedroom with a double bed soberly decorated, which awaits you for a good night's sleep. The latter also has a bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine. An independent toilet is also available.
Located in an ideal area for families and near the sea, the rental is situated at:
- 400 m from the sandy beach "des Sableaux"
- 1 km from the restaurant "Mamma Valera"
- 1 km from the supermarket "Lidl"
- 2 km from the restaurant "La Suite"
- 2 km from the supermarket "de l'Anse Rouge"
- 2 km from the sandy beach "des Souzeaux"
- 2 km from the sandy beach "de l'Anse Rouge"
- 6 km from the amusement park "L'île aux Papillons"
- 83 km from the airport "Nantes Atlantique"
At Noirmoutier, you won't be bored, with its shops and entertainment throughout the summer. If you're discovering the island for the first time, don't forget your boots or put on your "jellyfish shoes", because here, the local sport is rock pooling, so equip yourself with a rake and a shellfish hook. The other essential accessory on the island is a bike to explore all the paths which have the great advantage of being completely flat!
