As stated this is the bottom floor of a two story home with a lot of character. Very nice Only problem was upstairs people were very heavy footed and there smoke alarms beeping and beeping all night!!! Needs new battery or something. Place was clean

The apartment was convenient to local attractions and only a short drive to the wedding we were in the area to attend. The neighborhood was very quiet and the off street parking near the apartment door was great for the constant loading and unloading we did during our stay.
