Pharis is a great host. Very attentive and very nice and helpful. The condo was SPOTLESS! Very well stocked. Bedrooms and full baths on opposite ends. Great location. Walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. The hill might be a struggle for some but plenty of parking available if you have to drive instead. Also plenty of parking at the condo. Nice property to walk your dogs. My sister and I felt safe. Only 5 miles north to Boone to major grocery stores if you need a Publix or Food Lion. However Blowing Rock is my personal preference of staying and eating and shopping in the quaint little town. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

I had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made the trip so relaxing. The space felt cozy and well cared for, and check-in was easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fireplace did not work very disappointing for 300 a day, batteries in smoke detectors bad, beeping, couch was awful, needs to be replaced. Needs bath mats in both bathrooms as my mother almost slipped and fell, main bathroom had no shower curtain and TV s were not set up, had to connect using our utube connection. Other than that it would have been nice.
