- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.
- Richie's tavern is located downstairs and has music that can be heard from the unit depending on the event being held. Not recommended for noise sensitivities.
