This is a restored historic apartment on the second floor of a landmark downtown building, with 16-foot ceilings, original hardwood and stone floors, French doors, and crown molding that most new construction can only pretend to have. Restaurants, boutique shops, coffee, and cold beers are all within easy walking distance. When the mountains are calling, they're easy to answer too.

This home is located in the heart of downtown Bozeman. Walkable to great food, live music, and all the energy of a college town! With that comes some evening buzz and occasionally early morning deliveries nearby. Love being in the middle of it all? You'll be right at home. Looking for something quiet and tucked away? Winter
Winter in Bozeman delivers quick access to some of the best skiing and cold-weather adventure in the region. Just outside town, Bridger Bowl Ski Area is a beloved local favorite known for its 2,000 skiable acres, 8 lifts, and an average of 350 inches of snowfall each year. For even larger terrain, Big Sky Resort is an easy drive, while Lone Mountain Ranch -- voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America -- offers exceptional cross-country skiing. For something different, head to Hyalite Canyon, one of the top ice-climbing destinations in the U.S. After a day outdoors, soak at Bozeman Hot Springs or explore downtown. As a vibrant college town, Bozeman offers a lively mix of restaurants, breweries, shops, and nightlife year-round.

Summer
Summer brings festivals, sunshine, and endless adventure. Bozeman hosts popular events like the Sweet Pea Festival, summer rodeos, and Montana State University graduation, adding energy throughout the season. Centrally located, Bozeman is the perfect basecamp for Yellowstone National Park, fly fishing, rafting, hiking, tubing, golfing, and scenic day trips. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. Stay Montana will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the loft clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.

Air Conditioning:
This home does not have air conditioning, which is typical for Montana mountain properties. Evenings cool down beautifully at elevation, and opening windows at night is the best way to bring that fresh mountain air in. During the day, keeping windows and curtains closed helps hold the cool air inside. Fans are available in the bedroom closets for additional comfort. For safety, please only open windows while you are present on the property.
