While I am a `new` host for this listing, I`ve been a co-host for other listings for two years. I am here for guests and will send information before and near the end of the stay. Beyond that, I am happy to interact as much or as little as my guests prefer. Do not hesitate to reach out at any time with questions or concerns--whether they are airbnb related or you just want to know the best places to hike or grab a bite to eat.
Parties and events are not allowed. I have wonderful neighbors and I ask that you respect their peace and quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood!
