Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies are provided.
1 parking spot. Parking pass will be sent with check-in instructions.
The entire property is smoke free.
Credit card operated washer and dryer at complex.
The minimum age required to book our property is 25 years old.
For security purposes, all booked guests are required to complete verification through Guest Ranger. This includes uploading a photo of a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport or driver's license) along with a selfie. Your reservation will be finalized once this process is completed.
Pest control occurs every second Tuesday of the month.
Service animals and emotional support animals are welcome. We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs or service animals. Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.

The property was on the 5th floor with beautiful views at the front and back on a roomy balcony! The pool was very nice and the sandy beach was great especially for people that like a more firm walking sand. The kitchen was fully stocked as were all the rooms. Perfect location and the associate Cassandra was so helpful!Thank you Jeff and Gina!!

I’ve been coming to NSB since I was 6 months old. I’m now 56. We have a family home here but I always take a week or 2 and come with a friend(s) as a yearly tradition! I’ve stayed at almost every condo in NSB and will have to say that this one was EXCELLENT! Had everything we needed. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and the ocean views were amazing!! I will definitely be booking this condo for my spring trip next year!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo! Christy

Wonderful! Kitchen was outfitted better than my own. Had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of glassware, and utensils.
