Our house is located in a brand new housing development, other houses are likely to be built around it. In addition, the roads are not yet paved.
We therefore adjust our price accordingly.

- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink unit, heated towel rail.

- Barbecue
Freshly grassed and landscaped walled garden.
Baby cot, high chair and bathtub on request.
Private parking, possibility to park 3 to 4 vehicles
Sheets and towels are provided.
Small dogs allowed.
No smoking inside the house.
Parties are forbidden so as not to disturb the peace of the neighbours.
When you leave, please leave the premises clean.

Beautiful house near the cosy town of Merville-Franceville. Very quiet surroundings, all equipment that you need, Spacious on the in- and outside. Nice decorations, which make you feel at home at once. Good and friendly communication with the owner Celine, hospitality at its best. Thank you very much, would love to come back!

This is a lovely property, near to the lovely marshes and beachesa, surrounded by walks and cycle tracks. Also close to the Merville Batterie and Pegasus Bridge.
Well equipped, very clean, everything you need.
