Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath.
Includes washer/dryer. Use of outdoor grill and outdoor shower. Includes 4 beach passes during beach season May - September.
Coded entry. Please enter through gate on right side of house and follow towards back of house for front entrance. Entrance is not green door.
On street parking available outside of apartment from October 1st through April 30th no parking permit needed.
One spot in the driveway provided from May 1st through September 30th for resident permit parking season. Please park on left side of driveway if looking at the house.

Perfect for our stay at the shore. Clean and comfortable. Lovely outside space. Beach access was very close. Would definitely love to come back again.

All good with the exception of the tv's. Not easy to use if unfamiliar with Roku etc.
