Property is large and well maintained . Central pool area crowded. The other pools not crowded. The food at pool is ok but when busy, they have trouble keeping up. Prices in small store very high, the unit we received was not the one we reserved. One balcony instead of two. Also some buildings at resort overlook large adjacent contraction site. That was unpleasant.

This is a very nice property. Very approachable and user friendly. The western, mountain scenery doesn’t disappoint .

Marriot Canyan Villas is a wonderful resort near the JW Marriot in Phoenix. The pools are wonderful. Great activities each day. The staff is outstanding and helpful. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pits each night too. A relaxing, clean and upscale resort.

It was a great resort and we had a great time! There was a lot to do and the staff were very friendly. It was great to have the shuttle service and access to the JW Marriott resort across the street. We used both resorts during our week stay.
