Although the entrance gate might look a bit off putting, don’t worry, once you get inside, the apartment is lovely. It faces the courtyard, so the noise of Via Tribunali won’t bother you. Fabulous location, it was clean, quiet and well equipped. It also felt very secure and safe. I was on my own but it was easily big enough for two people. The location is great in the old city, with useful little shops all around. Easily walkable to the metro, train and bus. Getting inside initially is a bit complicated, but Claudia the host sent a very useful video that made it quite clear. She was also very quick to answer all my questions by text. I was very satisfied.

The apartment was perfect: comfortable, clean and a great size. There was coffee, milk and water waiting for us which was much appreciated. Communications with Claudia were excellent and she was flexible on check-in and checkout. The location could not have been better. Although the address is on an extremely popular and busy street the apartment is in a courtyard, which muffled most of the noise. There was easy walking access to great restaurants and to everyplace we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

The property is attractive and very comfortable once you are inside.Since we had not yet acquired a European SIM card, communication with the owner was almost impossible. The entrance was a set of 15 steep and difficult steps that included a trip hazard at the top. My wife fell and injured her shoulder. Bathroom and Kitchen well equipped except for scratched Teflon frying pans. This property is not suitable for everyone.
