This home is only 1 mile off the highway and only 8-10 minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort, Downtown Historic Main Street and the Kimball Junction area where you will find the Tanger Outlet Mall, Movies, Bowling, Dining, and Olympic Park.
This home offers a perfect combination between outdoor & indoor living, with a private hot tub on the balcony, with the very best views in Parks Edge. The lower patio has a private gas fire pit with outdoor seating to sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the mountains , walking trails, & wet lands.
Everything is NEW! This home was just completed Nov 2016. With all new furniture, this home is Beautifully Decorated with Upgraded Amenities. Our family of 5 absolutely loved our time here at this townhouse. We were in Park City for a wedding and it was a great location- close to Park City and Midway, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated Sherrie's quick responses to a few questions I had at the beginning of our stay. Each of our the kids had a bed and their own space, and we enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony with a great view of the grounds, birds, and even a thunderstorm. We played in the grass/lawn area and used the community pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. I enjoyed going for a run each morning on the SkyRidge Trailhead which was a nice hiking trail also. Our family really enjoyed our trip to Park City, UT and our stay made it so!

I have stayed in quite a few VRBOs over the years and this unit was by far the cleanest and most well stocked one! So much attention to the little details made this unit a standout. After a very early start on our travel day we arrived to find all the basics stocked with no need to rush out for them. Paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, garbage bags, and most importantly, coffee, lol!There are a lot of condos in the area but not all the units have a good view. This one does! Communication with the owner was always fast and our questions easily answered.This trip was our first to Utah and it did not disappoint! 10 out of 10 for this condo and the area it is located in!

Great location to access so many activities, cities, and restaurants. The hot tub was a huge advantage!!
