It is a wonderful condo in the heart of the action almost on the corner of 2nd and Broadway in downtown nashville. The pool table inside the condo is a nice touch. It has a well apportioned kitchen but could use a blender. We search for one and didn't find it. There's very little I could say negatively about this condo but for the sake of letting other people know I will mention a couple of issues. Because of the huge event we were not able to drive up to the door to offload our luggage. Unfortunately it's pouring down rain and we had a three block walk and we're soaked. The dryer needs some maintenance. It turns itself off after about 3 minutes and I had to Google how to reset it and then do so several times to get it to work again. But it did work and we were able to dry our clothes. And then finally I would say that there is no master bedroom that has a bath attached. Both bedrooms are upstairs and there's the bathroom between them. There is a nice bathroom downstairs as well. Wasn't really a negative but it is something worth noting. It's an amazing condominium well built well laid out with that one small exception. Also it's hard to describe this but the main bedroom with the king bed is upstairs and has two huge windows that look over the living area where the pool tables at and out the 12 ft windows that look over second avenue. It's really a sweet thing. Unfortunately there are no blinds or curtains on those windows to stop the light from coming in. It's a great stay.

The place was amazing and location was right in the heart of the downtown action. Love the place and will be going back soon.

Great location if you’re wanting easy access to Broadway, walk out of the building and you’re a few steps away. Older building but well kept, we would stay here again.
