A two-level home in a quiet corner of Jamaica Plain (02130), one minute on foot from Forest Hills Station. Premier Host, rated 5.0.
The space: three bedrooms and two full bathrooms across 1,350 square feet, sleeping up to 8. The main level has a private queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a soaking tub, and an open living and dining area that opens onto a private deck. The lower level is a walk-out with its own exterior entry, high ceilings and large windows, a lounge with a smart TV, and a wine cooler.
Set up for longer stays: a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware and pantry basics, plus coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided. Central heating and air conditioning on both levels. High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and remote work. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu and Disney+. Iron, ironing board and garment steamer. Hotel-grade linens, fresh towels and extra bedding.
Families: pack and play with pad (please bring your own linens) and a booster seat on request.
Getting around: Forest Hills Station is a one-minute walk, with the Orange Line to Back Bay, Downtown and North Station, the Commuter Rail to South Station and Longwood Medical, and several bus routes toward Cambridge. The Arnold Arboretum is a five-minute walk, Whole Foods and Stop & Shop five minutes by car, and Jamaica Pond a seven-minute drive. Fifteen to twenty-five minutes by car to downtown Boston, Brookline, BU, MIT, Harvard and Fenway; thirty to forty to Logan Airport.
Good for: medical and academic staff on rotation, commuters, and families who want quiet and a fast ride into the city.
House rules: no parties, events or unregistered guests. Quiet hours after 8 PM.

Nicely appointed and clean place to stay. The location was perfect—in our case access to Faulkner Hospital for a surgery. Everything we needed was within easy distance either walking or driving. Loved taking walks at Arnold Aboreteum. The only thing I might recommend is requesting the upstairs unit to avoid hearing any guests in the other unit. Also the set up would be great if you have two couples or a family with older kids as the downstairs is very private and has a second TV and sitting area.
