It was perfectly located for what we were looking for and definitely will be back

Very roomy nice property

8 / 10

The bungalow style house is lovely & beds were comfortable but located on a busy corner so you will hear foot/car traffic. You will also have to be mindful of parking so you don’t block in the tenant who lives on the property. Also I had to wipe down fridge and countertops before using. Bring your own towels as stock is low but there is a washer/dryer which was helpful. Lastly, the larger bathroom with tub would not hold water. The owner came in twice to try & fix but no luck. This was inconvenient when we needed to bathe our toddler. I asked for a partial refund because we were not notified it was broken although owner was aware prior to our check-in. I would’ve appreciated a response instead of crickets.

The home was a fantastic base for our time in Arcata.
