Offers all the comforts of home and is perfect for couples or families, short or longer stays.
It’s only 2 blocks away from Armidale's restaurants, pubs, supermarkets or shopping mall.
The apartment has private access, is fully fenced and child-friendly (please note there are stairs).
This apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. 2 x single foam mattress are provided in the living room for extras.
**Please note the bedrooms are upstairs. The single flight of stairs is on the steeper side so not suitable for those with mobility issues.
The bright open plan living / dining / kitchen area has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and opens onto a private sunny deck.
Two bathrooms, each with shower, vanity and mirrors. Each bedroom features built in wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully self contained with everything you will need, microwave, dish washer, and an array of utensils.
A washer and dryer is provided in a laundry cabinet along with laundry detergent.
There is a single private off-street carport and ample parking on the street.
Linen is supplied PLUS free Wi-Fi & Netflix.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our night stay in Armidale.The recommended cafe was excellent as was the local pub for dinner on the Sunday night.

This property was very well located to all the interesting sights in and around Armidale. Easy walk to the town centre. Great size, with comfortable rooms and amenities. Would return to this apartment if ever visiting Armidale in the future.
