Wonderful stay at Seabrook. The property was well maintained, fully equipped (the beach cart was awesome), and very comfortable. We loved spending time on the screened porch.

Comfortable and clean. Nice screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Did not know when i booked that it was on the second level of the 2 story building. Really liked the mechanism in place to lock and unlock the door- so much better than a lockbox. Owners very responsive to a booking issue I created. A good landing spot for our visit to Seabrook.

Everything about this place was as advertised! The location was outstanding, as was the communication. Already hoping to return with my wife in the fall!

Stayed at many, many VRBO’s, this one fell short on the clean factor.
House was in a fine location, VRBO was definitely not a 10/10 on cleanliness. Mirrors had hand prints, bed had literal sand in it, bathroom sink and mirror had absolutely not been wiped down. (Toothpaste splatter all over the mirror)
Also, upon arrival the building address where you go to get your pass for the island is incorrect & closed.
Overall wouldn't book here again, but we did still enjoy seabrook!
