Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

Everything was as advertised. Only problem we had was the master bathroom didn’t have a whole lot of pressure. Think the shower head needs to be changed. Other than that everything was great

Condo is exactly how it’s pictured. The beds were very comfortable. One of the elevators went down and was fixed quickly.

The beauty of Emerald Bay was absolutely stunning! The pristine fine white sands abd clean clear water was mire than we could have asked for! I just wished that the location was near more restaurants but thank goodness for Uber! Overall it was a wonderful and relaxing trip!
