The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 45 m² air-conditioned flat in a new luxury residence in Porticcio, 1,5 km from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area and sitting area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, electric griddle, etc.
- A large bay window opening onto the terrace
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the terrace
- A shower room with vanity unit, walk-in shower and WC
Outside:
- A south-facing terrace (shaded by an awning) of around 16 m² with a view of the sea and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A bike room in the basement
The flat is ideally located in the seaside resort of Porticcio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Close to Ajaccio, Porticcio is the ideal starting point for your holiday on the island of beauty.
- Whether you're travelling by boat or by car, there are plenty of water sports, hiking trails and natural sites to choose from.
